Digital Output Terminal
The KL2212 digital output terminal switches the binary control signals of the control
system in an electrically isolated fashion on to the process level. The outputs are
short-circuit and overload protected. A short-circuit or wire breakage is detected and the
terminal status is forwarded to the controller via the K-Bus. The bus terminal contains
two channels , which indicate their signal states and errors with LEDs.
