Digital Output Terminal
The KL2502 output terminal modulates the pulse width of a binary signal and outputs it as
a signal that is electrically isolated from the K-Bus. The pulse and pause ratio is
specified by a 16-bit value. The output stage is capable of withstanding overloads and
short-circuits. The bus terminals contain two channels, which indicate their signal states
with LEDs. The LEDs are clocked with the outputs and indicate the keying ratio by their
brightness.
